Subscription creators

Short-form distribution for subscription creators.

Clipping XO helps subscription-based creators, such as those running memberships, paid communities and premium newsletters, create more discovery touchpoints. We cut public content into short-form clips and publish them across dedicated Instagram pages and YouTube Shorts channels, so more interested viewers find the creator behind the paid offering.

What content do you clip from?

  • Public livestreams and community calls
  • Free episodes, previews and trailers
  • Interviews and collaborations
  • Long-form YouTube videos

Which business outcomes apply?

  • Audience Growth

Create additional opportunities for new people to discover your content and profile.

  • Subscription Growth Potential

For subscription-based creators, create additional discovery touchpoints that may bring interested audiences to their paid offerings.

  • Brand Partnerships

Build greater visibility and recognition that may support future sponsorships and commercial opportunities.

More distribution creates more opportunities. Business outcomes depend on audience fit, content quality, conversion and offer strength.

What kinds of clips work?

  • Preview moments

A taste of the kind of insight members get, taken from content you have chosen to make public.

  • Personality clips

Moments that show how you talk and what you care about. Subscribers usually pay for the person as much as the content.

  • Recurring formats

Clips from a regular series that viewers can recognise and come back for.

  • Community answers

Answers to member questions you are happy to share publicly.

These are example formats. The actual mix is chosen from your content and adjusted to what performs.

Will clips point to my paid offering?

Distribution pages send interested viewers back toward you. How they reach your paid offering depends on your profile, your links and each platform's rules, which we plan with you during onboarding.

Is there content you will not distribute?

Clips must follow Instagram and YouTube policies. Content that breaks platform rules cannot be distributed on these networks.

How big is the distribution network?

The proposed $15,000/month plan runs 40 Instagram pages and 20 YouTube Shorts channels, for about 2,700 placements per 30-day month. A 7-day, $1,000 pilot on a smaller set of pages and channels is available first.

These numbers represent publishing placements across pages and channels, not 2,700 distinct edited videos. The same or adapted creative assets may be distributed across multiple surfaces. The unique-edit count depends on the final content and distribution plan.
