Podcasters

Short-form distribution for podcasters.

Clipping XO turns podcast episodes into short-form clips and publishes them across dedicated Instagram pages and YouTube Shorts channels. It is for hosts with a regular show who want more people to discover the podcast, and the host behind it, without depending only on the show's own social accounts.

What content do you clip from?

  • Full audio and video episodes
  • Guest interviews
  • Live recordings and listener Q&A episodes
  • Bonus or behind-the-scenes recordings

Which business outcomes apply?

  • Audience Growth

Create additional opportunities for new people to discover your content and profile.

  • Brand Partnerships

Build greater visibility and recognition that may support future sponsorships and commercial opportunities.

  • Personal Brand Authority

Become more recognizable within your niche through consistent, relevant content distribution.

More distribution creates more opportunities. Business outcomes depend on audience fit, content quality, conversion and offer strength.

What kinds of clips work?

  • Guest highlights

The line from your guest that makes someone want the full conversation.

  • Strong opinions

Moments where you or a guest take a clear position. They give viewers something to react to.

  • Story beats

A self-contained story from an episode with a beginning, a turn and a point.

  • Episode teasers

Short cuts that point to the full episode for viewers who want more.

These are example formats. The actual mix is chosen from your content and adjusted to what performs.

Do guests need to approve clips?

That depends on your agreements with guests. Tell us any guest restrictions during onboarding and we will only clip episodes and moments you have cleared.

How much back catalogue do I need?

A regular release schedule is enough to start. A back catalogue gives more moments to test, and older episodes often contain clips that were never shared.

How big is the distribution network?

The proposed $15,000/month plan runs 40 Instagram pages and 20 YouTube Shorts channels, for about 2,700 placements per 30-day month. A 7-day, $1,000 pilot on a smaller set of pages and channels is available first.

These numbers represent publishing placements across pages and channels, not 2,700 distinct edited videos. The same or adapted creative assets may be distributed across multiple surfaces. The unique-edit count depends on the final content and distribution plan.
