Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how Clipping XO works, what each option includes and costs, and what we do not promise. If your question is not here, ask it on a strategy call.

01

What does Clipping XO do?

Clipping XO turns moments from your existing long-form content into short-form videos and publishes them through a dedicated network of Instagram pages and YouTube Shorts channels. The aim is to put your content in front of people who have not found you yet, beyond your own accounts.

02

What is the difference between a placement and a unique edit?

A placement is one video published on one page or channel. A unique edit is one distinct piece of edited video. The same or an adapted edit can be published on several pages, so the monthly plan's roughly 2,700 placements are not 2,700 different videos. The number of unique edits depends on your content and the agreed distribution plan.

03

How many pages and channels are in the monthly plan?

The proposed $15,000/month plan uses 40 dedicated Instagram pages and 20 YouTube Shorts channels. Twenty Instagram pages publish two videos a day and twenty publish one, for 60 placements a day. Ten Shorts channels publish two a day and ten publish one, for 30 a day. That is 90 placements a day, or about 2,700 in a 30-day month. Final volumes depend on onboarding and agreed scope.

04

What does the $1,000 pilot include?

The 7-day Distribution Pilot covers approximately 8 to 10 Instagram pages and 8 to 10 YouTube Shorts channels, content selection and short-form editing, publishing across agreed surfaces, alignment with your target audience and niche, and a closing performance summary.

05

Is the pilot a guaranteed-growth campaign?

No. The pilot is a paid evaluation. It lets you judge creative quality, publishing consistency, distribution execution, early performance signals and whether a longer engagement makes sense. Deliverables, page access and schedule are confirmed before you pay.

06

Do you guarantee views, followers or sales?

No. Platform availability and actual reach are not guaranteed. More distribution creates more opportunities, and business results depend on audience fit, content quality, conversion and the strength of your offer.

07

How is the monthly engine paid for?

The Monthly Distribution Engine is $15,000 per month. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% against agreed milestones.

08

What content do I need to provide?

Existing long-form content works best: podcasts, livestreams, interviews, educational videos and similar recordings. We identify the strongest moments and edit them for short-form platforms.

09

Which markets do you target?

Distribution can be aimed at audiences in the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and other selected international markets. Priority markets are agreed on the strategy call.

10

Which platforms do you publish on?

Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Publishing runs through dedicated Instagram distribution pages and YouTube Shorts channels built around your niche.

11

Who owns and has access to the distribution pages?

Page ownership and access are set out in the final statement of work, along with unique edits, placements, turnaround, reporting and exclusions. Ask about it on your strategy call so it is clear before you start.

12

How do you decide what to edit and publish next?

We review performance, identify the content that is working and adapt future edits and distribution around it. Monthly engine clients receive a performance report each month.

13

Who is Clipping XO for?

Creators and experts who already produce content and want a larger audience: finance and trading creators, business coaches, course creators, podcasters, entrepreneurs, subscription-based creators and established influencers.

14

What happens on the strategy call?

We look at your target audience and priority markets, your existing content and strongest formats, the right distribution structure for your niche, how short-form discovery could support your business goals, and a recommended rollout and measurement plan.
